Our lifetime guarantee covers all Sombrio apparel products against manufacturing defects for the intended life of the product. If anything should happen to your Sombrio item ( acquired from the 2016 apparel collection or later), simply return it to the original place of purchase for a replacement of equal value.
What is covered:
- Any apparel purchased from the 2016 Collection or later that has experienced the following:
- Tears or rips at seams;
- Faulty stitching; and/or
- Faulty zippers, buttons and/or snaps
Please note: The original interior care label must be intact.
What is not covered :
- Sombrio customised clothing ;
- Sombrio accessories (gloves, socks, hats) ;
- Any apparel purchased in the 2015 collection or earlier ;
- Damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse or alteration of the garments ;
- Natural fading and colour deterioration over time ;
- Failure to follow the washing instructions on the garment care label.
The Sombrio Lifetime Guarantee applies to apparel from our 2016 or later collection purchased directly from sombriocartel.com, or from an authorised retailer in Canada, the United States or the United Kingdom. For all other products* and regions, please refer to our standard warranty policy.
*Other products include gloves, socks, hats and custom clothing.
Submitting Warranty Claim
If something should happen to your Sombrio garment, simply return it to the place of original purchase. If your apparel was purchased from this website (sombriocartel.com), please contact customer service at 1.800.432.1335.
